What are the rules to hosting a contest on your website?
So I want to host a contest (like win a gift card) on my website what are the rules to do that. I don’t know if there are certain obligations to host one… Please help. Thanks!
You have to comply with the Country/State laws of where the server which hosts your site is hosted. Although a simple gift card give away will probably not alert the authorities 
Post a picture and first name of the winner, and most people/users will accept it as legit. So go ahead and give them away
