How to create a free web hosting server on my computer?
I am thinking of developing a website using WordPress MU. But it wants me to have a host server. Is there any way I can create a free test server until I finally develop my website.
I own a domain which I bought a while ago.
Please tell me how to do it. I use internet which is connected through landline phone.

Thanks for your input. The situation with me is I want to develop a content/content sharing site, which is going to take me at least 1 year to complete. What I wanted is to keep doing both the things: Developing contents and developing the website. Once I’m done with this, then only I’d like to launch my website.
What do you suggest?
For testing purposed you can use install a local server on ur computer. i would suggest installing Apache Server/MySQL database and PHP on ur computer. or u can install a software called XAMPP which bundles all of these.
After you hav completely developed your site, you can buy some web space on a third party server and upload ur website.
btw. if ur using only wordpress.. u can directly install it on the web server instead of installing it on ur computer. cause wordpress doesnt require any development as such.
